Payment

- 100% Payment via PayNow & screenshot of payment is required to confirm the booking.

 

*Due to the current high demand, we regret that we are unable to reserve slots as this would be unfair to clients who have enquired later but are ready to make payment. If the slot has been taken up by another parent by the time you have sent your screenshot of payment, we will fully refund your payment.

Changes

- Any changes to requested services, date, timings, venue is subjected to availability and will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee.

- For any swopping of activities made less than 14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the amount paid for the initial activity will be forfeited.

- For any changes to party date made less than 7 days prior to the event, 50% of amount paid will be forfeited.

Cancellations

- Any cancellation is subjected to 50% forfeiture of amount paid. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of cancellation date.

- Any cancellation on the day of the event is subjected to 100% forfeiture of amount paid.
